Alert Level Survey

Throughout this process, we have been keeping up-to-date with advice and policies put in place by the Government and Sport NZ. We would like to assure you that the health and safety of all out members and participants is paramount. During this time we are seeking advice from many organisations but would also love to hear your input on what you would be comfortable in doing.

Would you feel comfortable participating in Parafed Auckland programmes in Level 2 if allowed?
Would you feel comfortable participating in Parafed Auckland programmes in Level 1 if allowed?
If the Halberg Games were to go ahead, would you want to compete in the Halberg games in October (2nd, 3rd & 4th)?
This is open to those between 8-21 years old with a physical disability.
