JUNIOR PROGRAMME

For our young Para athletes 5+ years, we'll be holding monthly sessions that will introduce them to key Para Sports and develop fundamental movement skills and physical literacy that will help them on their sporting journeys. Check back soon for details.

New to sport or want to improve your fitness levels? We hold weekly strength and conditioning sessions at both South and West Auckland venues.  All ages, all impairments. Whanau welcome!

July School Holiday Programme

We will be running multiple activity days across Auckland to keep our younger athletes entertained over the July School Holidays. Led by Paralympian Caitlin Dore and Para Athlete Keegan Pitcher, these sessions are not to be missed!
