JUNIOR PROGRAMME
For our young Para athletes 5+ years, we'll be holding monthly sessions that will introduce them to key Para Sports and develop fundamental movement skills and physical literacy that will help them on their sporting journeys. Check back soon for details.

Pasifika Strength & Conditioning Programme
Want to improve your fitness levels? We're holding weekly fitness sessions on Wednesday evenings at the Spinal Unit Gym from 4.30-6.00pm. All ages, all impairments. Whanau welcome!

Para Athletics Training Programme
After an incredibly successful 2017/18 season, we're currently working on the Para Athletics programme for the upcoming year. The most inclusive Para sport, there will be options available for all ages and experience levels.
