Parafed Auckland End of Year BBQ

We invite you to attend our Regionals Awards and End of Year barbeque on Saturday November 19th 2011.
It will be held at 12 noon in the Auckland Spinal and Rehabilitation Unit gardens. We know you are out there and while we know you and meet a lot of you regularly at various sports events some of you we have not had the pleasure of meeting. This is why we want you to come along on Saturday 19th November. Come and meet your Board.

There is a small cost ($5) for those who wish to attend.

Please RSVP so we know how much food to put on by November 4th.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Accommodation rates are currently being negotiated. I will inform athletes when the cost have been finalised.

Classification – For the PNZ Champs it is important for those athletes that do not hold a current classification either International or Provisional, that a Provisional form is completed. These will be supplied to athletes as required who confirm their interest in attending.

For those sports which will be classified at the event, athletes may need to be available one or two days before the start of the event.

If you would like to attend could you please inform me of the sports you would like to compete in and how many days that are required to attend by 22nd April and supply me with name, address and contact phone number.
For those attending I will be sending out a form for you to complete.
