Para Athletics Training

WHAT

Para Athletics is the most inclusive Para sport with great Paralympic pathways.

These free monthly sessions allow Para athletes from across Auckland to come together to train in a Para specific setting. The sessions will cover both track and field events from an introductory to advanced level.

WHO

The programme is open to those 5+ years, male or female and caters for visual impairments and a wide range of physical disabilities including, but not limited to: cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal cord injuries, amputees and short stature.
